F&Q includes Return/Refund

1. How long will my order take to receive?

October thru June, orders are usually processed in 2-3days.

But during the back to school times, it may take longer. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your order during this busy time, and we encourage you to visit school sale days at your school site.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

We are happy to refund or exchange any item in its original condition with in 30days of your purchase.  For a refund or store credit, return your item with your receipt & return/exchange forms. We regret that we cannot accept returns on special ordered such as your name was embroidered or altered.

3. Who pays for the return shipping?

Unless we shipped you with wrong items or defected items, you have to provide your own shipping with your choice of carrier.

4. What if I received defect item or wrong item?

No problems. Just contact our customer service via E-mail or phone (310-673-3131), we will replace them as soon as we receive your defected or wrong items. For this replacement order and return shipping & re-shipping will be free of charge. For fast return or exchanges, please visit Cambridge Uniforms store in Inglewood.

5. How and when will I receive my refund?

Return credit will be issued to the credit card used for your original purchase. Exchange items with value exceeds the amount of your refund will be billed to your credit card. It may take up to 14 business days to see it on your credit card statement.

6. How long will it take for me to receive an exchanged item?

Depending on stock availability, it may take up to 14 business days after we receive your return items. If you need faster replacements, please visit our store in person.
